If it was a case of upgrading this key bottleneck on the rail network versus saving the character of the market and other buildings in Borough then I would probably, reluctantly, agree with the upgrade to the rail network.<br /><br />But there is an alternative(through the Elephant and Castle) which would link up with a major regeneration scheme, focus transport improvements on transport-poor areas like Walworth and Camberwell rather than promoting long-distance commuting as well as saving the character of Borough.<br /><br />Before commiting major sums to this project (and millions have already been spent) then the alternative should be thoroughly investigated especially seeing as there have been major changes since it was last looked at.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03510057092003540558noreply@blogger.com
